The franchisee will have a vacant commercial shop / space in a good location either owned or rented or We also help on selection of shop / space. The franchisee is expected to bear the franchise cost (excluding property cost) of setting up the store which is expected to be in the range of Rs. 25 – 55 lakhs depending upon the space size and location.
Our Company will supply ready stocks, Raw Materials, Preparations Recipes at the outlet and Retail margins will vary from product to product.
Working capital requirement would be extra depending upon sales volume. It may be in the range of Rs. 10k to Rs 2 lakh per month.
Expected monthly sales turnover will vary from place to place depending on location of the restaurant.
